Ill agree with you on that...Sometimes when i come home from work ill be soooo stressed out from dealing with 50 year old guys who cry about the work like lil babies...Ill throw on some good beats and after a few minutes the music just makes me get up and dance...Remind you, im 6 foot 8, and i dont think i can dance very well, but i try to bust a move...I must look like a comp. tool :lol: ..I get up infront of my mirror and i just let loose...I crack myself up sometimes...After awhile, im all tired out and not stressed anymore..

Whether I want to dance or not depends on whats playing but I can agree with music makes the diffrence in the day for me, I listen to my Ipod everywhere, I have 2000+ songs ranging from The Steve Miller Band to Ol Dirty Bastard, MUSIC FTW.
