I was thinking about the Ferrari 430 and how it is a nice car and all that, but for that price is it really worth it? I mean that type of car is for someone who isn't into modding a car. You don't buy something like that and try to change it. Should I make that step? I'm starting to think not. What i'm thinking about doing is getting a 350z, and making it as fast as I possibly can. I don't know what I want. I change my mind so damn quick. At one point I was on Bmw's. Then I was on the G35. Then I was back on 350z's for a while. Then I was on the Porsche. Then I was going to get a Lamborghini. Then I was going to get the Ferrari 430. Now i'm back on the damn 350z. What the hell. I think I just need to sit down and have someone go over all of the shit that I need to look for in a car. How much can I change on the car itself. I don't want a damn skyline cause I would feel so riced out driving it, so that's out. I want something that when people see me pull up beside them, they'll know not to try me. I want whatever it is to be so damn fast that it goes to 0-60mph in 3 seconds. Top speed of 260mph's. 800 and something hp. I want a beast. That's why i'm thinking I'll spend 18k on a new 350z (cash), and put some odd 50 or 60k on the engine and body alone. If not more. Depends on how far I can take it. What do you guys think? I need your help.

But see that's my problem Ryan. I don't want to buy something like that at that price, when I can buy something thats not even a tenth of it's cost and turn it into something faster. Do you understand what i'm saying? From what I'm told there are some great tuners out there that can do just about anything. I'm just trying to approach it by looking at it as how will it be a return to me in the long run.

The sound alone of the ferrari would be worth it IMO. The 350z is my perspective next car though. I think they sound badass with an exhaust. It's a toss up. I think a Ferrari would be fun though.

If you are looking for pure speed/performance, then I would say look at a smaller "kit car" if you will, such as an Ultima.

on topic: i don't know what kind of vehicle i would get if i have the money you have but i really like the 350z and you can just put beacoup mods and they look so sexy. But then again the ferrari is sexy also..especially if you're only 21 and driving it :D

I think I found someone who changes there mind regarding cars more often than I do. The SLK was an impulse buy, wasnt even thinking about getting one AT ALL, I drove past the dealer (actually, on the way to the bank to get my deposit for my Porsche), walked in, ordered one....the more I thought about what car I wanted, the harder it got....JUST DO EET!!!
