T04R FC for sale...many many mods.Haltech..

Something has come up and i am being forced to sell my fc.... i need this car gone within the week...........I have put over 28K into my fc so please dont lowball me.
here are some mods.... has pretty much everything
ZERO RUST! this was an Arizona car
87 TII
ENGINE:
racing beat street port
S5 motor (brand new rebuild with 15 miles on it)
HKS T04R turbine..62-1
HKS cast manifold
Greedy type r wastegate
solid motor mounts
blitz dd Bov
Greddy elbow

3'' down pipe
Haltech e6k (tuned in AZ by steve kan)

battery relocated to passenger bin
greddy profec a boost controller (not installed)

Griffin race radiator
Ford taurus Efan (this thing sucks hardcore)..in the good way/
Blitz 3 core GTR intercooler w/ custom piping

im not including all the little bullshit parts like spark plug wires and whatever.

Mazdaspeed Throw out bearing (brand new)
mazdatrix short shifter
INTERIOR:
aftermarket steering wheel with hub
Cusco 7 point rollcage (sunroof needs to be removed for this to fit)
stripped front carpet and tar
some aftermarket stereo
Battery relocated to passenger bin
genuine infini horn button

S5 rear bumper and all moldings
S5 Tail lights
*TBO Front skirt* for those of you that know, this is rare... discontinued and i have NEVER seen any other FC in the states with this piece... this is brand new and not installed.
Rotary Run sideskirts (new and uninstalled)
Re-Amemiya mirrors
SUSPENSION:
JIC coilovers
JIC camber plates
SHOES:
Nismo (yes nismo) LMGT2 (these are extremely rare wheels)
17x8 +35 (F) 17x9 +38 (R) 245/45/17 front, 275/45/17 rear brand new tires with less than 30 miles on them.
also comes with 2 stock turbo II wheels with tires.
EXTRAS:

Sheepdog BOV
steering wheels
motor parts
seriously a garage full of rx7 parts and memorabilia..
also tools... flywheel socket and breaker bar...
2 large n1 style mufflers with 4" piping
gt spoiler for you race car guys (no i wasnt going to put it on any of my cars)
THE BAD:
The sunroof needs to be welded in or reinstalled (the cusco rollcage needs the sunroof out to install)
the front crossmember holding the oil cooler needs to be replaced (i have everything needed for that)
I started body work but now im forced to sell

Please do not ask me to part anything out that is already on the car.. the extras are a different story.
