Since my truck has made it to college, I have lost one race and won 3
My kill list includes a newer mazda 3, a brand new pontiac GTP, and a always present modded civic si....
the opposition finally got me back....I lost my ass to a modded turbo rx7....WTF was I thinking?????

lol since i have made it to college i have raced between 250-500 cars (including at the track) and i have only been here for a couple months :D

Well, I had no clue about the rx7...it was a gen 3, and must have been close to stock. The guy did a good job hiding the sound of the turbo...until he got up in rpms after we took off....I heard the turbo start spooling and I thought to my self....Son of a bitch!!!!... Every race I have had, except at the strip was done without my bottle. My truck ran 14.8 without it, and 13.6 with. It may have been a little closer with the RX if I did have the bottle with me. And the answer to the gas question is....NO... I can't afford the gas... that is why I havn't driven it in about 3 days!!!! And the nitrous was reading 14LBS when it was filled, and the bottle pressure is still at 800psi.

The RX7's only visible modds were the muffler and rims, might have had more....but all I know is I lost quite badly....and I found a modded supra here in evansville!!!!

i get nitrous for wholesale price. i just am special like that. im also running 7.5's in the 1/8 now.... but ya know im just a bullshitter..... ;)

lol i know you didnt, but some people on here do. i really dont have much money, thats why i have nitrous for the time being, if i had alot of cash i would have a single turbo setup. but im poor.

Have any of you ever driven 50 miles to a drag strip to just get there and the event is cancelled due to rain 6 hours away???? I was even loaded for spray today and planned on blowing my clutch....LOL Redneck+clear skies+rain over the plains= dumbass!!!!!!

yea sure, i will try and find some stuff. i know they make heads. bottom end stuff. pistons, cam, anything you need to be able to spray a piss load on it or take boost

yea im sure you can. pretty much alot of the things that would work for a 350 would work for the 4.3 if you know what i mean. like lift durations and such for the cam. because its just a 350 with 2 cylinders knocked off.

try summit, jegs and such

I know I can use 5.7L pistons and rods, but I dunno about anything else...I haven't been able to find any flywheels, driveshafts, cranks, or anything of that sort so far....any input would be apriciated......BTW, aparently my friend who has a v6 mustang stock engine with 3.73's, and 80hp of zex finally blew his head gaskets......LOL, it is about damned time!!!!
