240 vs. Bolt-ons IROC-Z

Raced a IROC-Z tonight with bolt-ons on the highway tonight. Pretty mean car. Put some rubber down when he stepped on it. We were pretty evenly matched but he slowly inched away. Had like a car length on me before we stopped. Got the thumbs up and gave him one back.

I thinked my injectors were maxed out though because I was backfiring under full acceleration and it felt like my car wasn't running as strong. Maybe I should get those new injectors put in.

Good race though. V-8s got one back after that 'Vette. :D

LOL, Some IROC Z's are fast....the vette you prolly raced was a 350 from after 1973...do you remember if it had chrome bumpers on it????

Hahaha! You wanna race cars like that? Come here. GM paradise. I get messed with on a daily basis. I hardly ever reciprocate. Maybe I'm getting old, but I'm too scared of street racing anymore. My GF (Supraphiliac) will vouge that if you drive an import around here, that'll happen at least once a day. Good run, nonetheless!
